Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the VANTHARI website, membership trial, subscription, community, introductions, gatherings, and related services.

1. Agreement

By starting a VANTHARI trial, purchasing or maintaining a membership, or using member services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not start a trial or use the membership services.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate and current name, business name, billing address, and email information at checkout and to keep relevant membership information current. You are responsible for activity associated with your membership and for protecting access credentials provided for member services.

3. Membership services

VANTHARI is a global business network offering access that may include gatherings, a private digital community, introductions, matching services, working sessions, concierge support, and tier-specific benefits. Features, scheduling, locations, and availability can change as the network develops. Membership does not guarantee a particular introduction, event, commercial opportunity, investment, partnership, or business result.

4. Free trial and recurring billing

• Each membership begins with a seven-day free trial. A payment method is required, but the membership price is not charged when the trial begins.
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected membership automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription: Kindred at $199 USD per month, Circle at $499 USD per month, or Sovereign at $999 USD per month.
• After conversion, Stripe charges the applicable membership price each month until cancellation. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or other fees.
• Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges displayed at checkout.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel using the subscription-management instructions provided by Stripe or VANTHARI. Cancel before the free trial ends to avoid the first membership charge. After a paid period begins, cancellation prevents future renewals and access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and any refund terms presented at checkout or in membership communications. Unless required by law or expressly agreed by VANTHARI, canceling does not automatically create a prorated refund for a partially used billing period.

6. Community conduct

You agree to engage honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. You may not harass others, discriminate, impersonate another person, misuse confidential information, solicit through deceptive practices, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, scrape member information, or use VANTHARI to facilitate unlawful activity. You must respect the privacy, intellectual property, and stated boundaries of other members.

7. Member and third-party information

Introductions and community participation can expose you to information supplied by other members or third parties. Treat nonpublic information with appropriate care and do not disclose it without authorization. VANTHARI does not independently verify every statement made by a member and is not responsible for agreements, advice, services, investments, or transactions between members.

8. Intellectual property

The VANTHARI name, design, website, software, written materials, matching methods, and service content are owned by VANTHARI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, VANTHARI grants members a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VANTHARI the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve the services you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.

9. Third-party services

VANTHARI uses third-party services, including Stripe for checkout and recurring billing. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. VANTHARI is not responsible for a third-party service outside its control, but this does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Suspension and termination

VANTHARI may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, material breach of these Terms, risk to members or the service, or unlawful conduct. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and membership services are provided on an "as available" basis. VANTHARI does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every introduction, recommendation, event, or member-provided statement will be accurate or suitable for your needs. Nothing in the service is legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTHARI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the services. VANTHARI's aggregate liability arising from a membership will not exceed the membership fees you paid to VANTHARI during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Changes

VANTHARI may update the services or these Terms. The effective date above identifies the latest version. If a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, email, or another membership communication. Continuing to use the services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the VANTHARI entity identified in your checkout, receipt, or membership correspondence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you and VANTHARI agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue through written communication, except where urgent relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.

For billing, cancellation, legal, or service questions, use the VANTHARI Customer Service form. You may write in any language; the form provides an English translation and delivers both versions to VANTHARI.
